In this day of high social media technology star athletes have used measures to go unseen by the general public. Sometimes they forget about their old social media profiles and recently some athletes have got in trouble for old posts and tweets they left up. Jimmy Garoppolo’s old Facebook profile is actually quite humorous considering he was already throwing shade at one of his future NFC West rivals years ago. Little did the young quarterback out of Eastern Illinois know at the time he would be honing his skills under the tutelage of the great Tom Brady and eventually landing a big contract in the same division as Russell Wilson. Jimmy G’s star shone brightly after he was traded from New England to San Francisco and he will get his chance twice a year to go up against Wilson in what should become a fierce NFC West.
