Aaron Rodgers Is Out For The Season After An MRI Confirms Torn Achilles
New York Jets fans got the devastating news they feared this morning after an MRI confirmed Aaron Rodgers has torn his achilles and will miss the remainder of the 2023-24 season, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports:
Rodgers played just four snaps for the New York Jets and didn’t complete a single pass. It’s as devastating of an injury as you can imagine given all the excitement and hype surrounding Rodgers’ move from Green Bay to New York.
The Jets will now turn back to Zach Wilson, the team’s former No. 2 overall pick in 2021 NFL Draft, to lead the team.
It is possible the future Hall Of Famer may have played his last game in the NFL.
