Video: Khabib Incites Chaotic Brawl After Defeating McGregor At UFC 229
Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor via fourth-round rear-naked choke to defend his UFC lightweight title in a fight that was being hailed by many as the biggest fight in the history of mixed martial arts. Following Nurmagomedov’s victory, the undefeated Dagestani fighter leapt over the cage and charged McGregor’s teammate Dillon Danis, which sparked a raucous brawl between the two teams. McGregor was also attacked in the ring by two men possibly in Khabib’s entourage.

UFC 229 took place Saturday night, Oct. 6 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. UFC president Dana White said at the event’s post-fight press conference that he was “disgusted” and “sick” over the situation. The Nevada Athletic Commission intends to investigate the brawl and many of the offending parties could be subject to punishment. Numerous arrests were made outside the ring and several more outside the arena as fans were fighting all over in a horrible look for the UFC…
