Ugly Play By Yankees Leads To Dugout Confrontation
Maybe the stress of being 5 games behind the Boston Red Sox in the AL East despite a great record of their own is getting to the New York Yankees.
A lackadaisical play by catcher Gary Sanchez on a pitch and a low level effort after the wild pitch/pass ball allowing a runner to score all the way from second base off ace pitcher Luis Severino.

It looks like a cross-up on the pitch but to loaf after the ball is inexcusable.
This lead to a discussion between Sanchez and Severino in the dugout after the inning, which seemed to get very heated.
Looks like tensions were a little high between Sevy and his catcher.
Hopefully Cy-verino and Sanchez will have better innings ahead.#Yankees #PinstripePride #SevySeason
