Tom Brady Didn’t Realize 4th Down Had Already Been Played In His Final Drive Of The Game

Age catches up to us all, even Tom Brady apparently. We got to see a rare sight on the final drive of tonight’s game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Chicago Bears. With time winding down with the Bears leading 20-19, Tom Brady had a chance to drive Tampa down field for a game winning field goal. After spiking the ball , Tom Brady made the rare mistake of losing track of downs which ultimately lead to him likely making the wrong play calls in the final moments of the game.

After failing to convert on fourth down, Brady seemed confused on the field and didn’t know 4th down had already came and went. Brady did not realize what happened until his teammates told him the bad news.

Tampa Bay will be on a bye next week before facing the undefeated Green Bay Packers.
