A Community Toy Drive Ran By Damar Hamlin Has Received Over $1 Million In Donations In 3 Hours
Support is flooding in for a toy drive ran by Buffalo Bills Damar Hamlin after a scary incident that sent the young Buffalo Bills safety to the hospital tonight by donating to his charity, a community toy drive that Hamlin started while in college.
It had a goal of $2,500 prior to tonight’s game. Reaching that goal is no longer an issue as fans have showed so much love for Hamlin that it has raised over $1 million dollars in the last 3 hours.
A close friend of Hamlin updated his status and said his vitals are back to normal and they have put him to sleep to put a breathing tube down his throat. They are currently running tests.
We will provide updates as we have them.
Scott Van Pelt just showed this.
Damar Hamlin’s charity just surpassed over $1,000,000 in donations.
