The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree in the Shula family. Legendary Miami Dolphins head coach has had it out for the Patriots for years. Shula has been having fits of rage calling out Bill Belichick, and happily putting the cheater label on the Patriots. Apparently Shula’s son Chris bought into his jealousy. Prior to Super Bowl LIII, Rams linebackers coach Chris Shula was mic’d up , and he told head coach Sean McVay that he thought, “Brady is a fucking pretty boy”. It is an interesting assumption coming from a guy born with the silver spoon and using his fathers legacy to move up the NFL ranks.

To his credit the young Rams head coach McVay showed a lot of maturity and tried to deflect Shula’s comments. McVay obviously wanted none of it because he is mature beyond his years and has a deep respect for Belichick and Brady. Still it was nice to see karma instantly served to the younger Shula.
